For high street businesses and malls — pricing, listings, and getting the most from Streetify.
How much does Streetify charge stores?
Currently we're free for the first month (so you can decide if you like it), then £50 per month + VAT. If you commit to promote Streetify and your offers on social media or by emailing your customers, we give a 20% discount. And if your council (borough, district or city) joins Streetify, you get a further 20% off — so it should become £30 per month.
The aim is to charge roughly the same as the extra revenue an average business would make from a single extra customer in a month — a target Streetify should beat many times over.
How do I fix my store position on the Streetify map?
To add or edit your store location:
- Go to wego.here.com.
- Search for your address.
- Right-click on the map at your store's location.
- Select “Report a place” → “Add a place.”
- Fill in your business details (name, category, address, opening hours, website, etc.).
- Submit — HERE Maps will review your entry before it goes live.
I can't find my store. I don't have a website.
At this stage we only promote high street businesses that have a website. It's so easy to create one — try shopify.com to build a website, then add your store:
- Go to wego.here.com.
- Search for your address.

- Fill in your business details (name, category, address, opening hours, website, etc.).
- Submit — HERE Maps will review your entry before it goes live.
My store is in the wrong category.
Log in to Streetify and you'll have the option to choose up to three categories.
I can't find my business but I have a website.
Go to HERE and add your store to their system. Give it a few days and we'll find it and put it into Streetify. All you do is:
- Go to wego.here.com.
- Search for your address.
- Right-click on the map at your store's location.
- Select “Report a place” → “Add a place.”
- Fill in your business details (name, category, address, opening hours, website, etc.).
- Submit — HERE Maps will review your entry before it goes live.
I don't want to continue with Streetify.
Just cancel your monthly payment — there's no ongoing commitment to us. We'd be really grateful if you could tell us why: email [email protected] to contact our CEO directly.
My local council or BID hasn't joined Streetify, so I'm not receiving the monthly discount.
Contact them and ask them to join. As soon as they do, you will start to see a discount on your monthly fee. If you contact your council by email, please copy us in so we can follow up for you.
What do you do with my data?
We're very 'light touch' and don't collect information we don't need to do the job. We do need to know how many consumers visit your Streetify store, so we can provide you with analytics (you'll get emails with the data you need). We don't share your data with anyone else — and we don't even collect specific information on your customers.
